Refund Policy

Our 7-day money-back guarantee, what qualifies for a refund, and how to ask for one.

Last updated:

1. Our promise

We want every customer to be happy with Stream Services. If the service doesn't work for you and our support team can't fix the problem, we'll give you your money back under the conditions below.

2. Digital services

Our subscriptions are digital services that are delivered instantly — your login details are sent to you shortly after payment. Because access starts immediately, refunds are handled under this policy rather than as a standard return of physical goods.

3. When you can get a refund

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if all of the following apply:

  • You ask for the refund within 7 days of your first purchase;
  • The service is not working properly on your device, and our support team was unable to fix it after you contacted us;
  • You have used the service only to a limited extent.

4. When a refund is not possible

  • The request is made more than 7 days after purchase;
  • You changed your mind after using the service extensively;
  • The problem is caused by your own internet connection, network restrictions or an unsupported device;
  • You have already received a refund for a previous subscription;
  • Your account was suspended for breaking our Terms of Service (for example, sharing your account).

5. Try before you buy

To avoid surprises, we recommend requesting our free 24-hour trial (opens in a new tab) first. It lets you check channel availability, picture quality and stability on your own devices and internet connection before you pay.

6. How to request a refund

  1. Contact us by email or WhatsApp using the details below.
  2. Include your order number or the email you used to purchase, and the reason for your request.
  3. Our team may ask you to try a few troubleshooting steps first — many problems can be solved in minutes.
  4. If your request is approved, the refund is sent to your original payment method.

We aim to review refund requests within 24 to 48 hours. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few extra business days for the money to appear in your account.
